Privacy Policy
Effective April 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how RingLine collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit ringline.ai, join the waitlist, use the ROI calculator, try the browser demo, or use the RingLine service. We believe a phone agent you trust with your calls should also be one you trust with your data.
1. Scope
This policy covers the RingLine website, our marketing tools (including the ROI calculator and browser demo), and the paid RingLine service. It applies to personal information we collect directly from you and information collected automatically when you interact with us. “We,” “us,” and “RingLine” refer to Riveted, Inc., doing business as RingLine, operating ringline.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly.
- Waitlist form: email address, business name (optional), industry, estimated monthly call volume (optional), and the marketing page you signed up from.
- ROI calculator: email, business name (optional), and the inputs you enter — monthly call volume, answer rate, average job value, and close rate — along with the revealed estimate of monthly lost revenue.
- Email and support: anything you send to hello@ringline.ai or provide during a support conversation.
- Account and billing (paid service): name, email, business details, and the subset of payment information Stripe collects on our behalf. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Browser demo audio. When you click “Talk to RingLine” on a landing page, your microphone audio is streamed live to our AI voice model provider over WebRTC for the duration of the demo, which is capped at three minutes. We do not retain the audio after the session ends. We do log session metadata — the persona you selected, the session duration, and the reason the call ended — for abuse prevention and product analytics.
Information collected automatically.
- Log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
- Analytics events: interactions with our site (page views, CTA clicks, form submissions), captured via Google Analytics and PostHog.
3. How we use your information
- Operate the service. Answer your waitlist signup, send launch updates, run the browser demo, and deliver paid features.
- Communicate with you. Send transactional email (signup confirmations, billing receipts, security notices), respond to your questions, and, where you’ve opted in, share product updates.
- Improve the service. Analyze usage, measure conversion, diagnose bugs, and prioritize features.
- Safety and fraud prevention. Rate-limit the browser demo, detect abusive behavior, and enforce our Terms.
- Legal compliance. Respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights.
6. How long we keep your information
- Waitlist and ROI calculator submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Call metadata, transcripts, and recordings in the paid service are retained according to your account settings. You can configure retention and deletion in your account, or request deletion by emailing us.
- Billing records are retained as required by law and accounting standards.
- Analytics event data is retained per each analytics provider’s defaults.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): our legal bases are consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies), contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the service), and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, delete your information, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ringline.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Children's privacy
RingLine is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and personal information we collect may be processed in the US and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access controls, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
11. Google Workspace APIs and user data
RingLine integrates with Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) to provide scheduling and availability features. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide or improve features that are visible and relevant to the user, and is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or with a prominent site notice before the change takes effect.
